Espace exposition
AGEFI provides you with the furniture, electricity and communication visuals necessary for your stand in order to standardize the exhibition space and facilitate your management. Therefore, we inform you that it will not be authorized to have any other element (furniture, kakemono, umbrella stand, etc.) than that provided by Agefi on your stand.
To encourage exchanges between partners and treasurers, our belief is that partitions must be banned. This is why, at Universwiftnet, we do not offer partitioned stands to our partners.
Votre stand
We also believe that the most welcoming way to receive your customers and prospects is with a coffee table and a few chairs to invite them for a coffee. We also encourage you to move around the nave and the Réaumur space so that the place becomes a real meeting space.
Your space is located in the event's meeting and exchange area, in the center of the Nave. It will be provided turnkey.
The implementation plan will be communicated to you in April.
Materials provided:
- 1 sail in your colors with your logo
- 2 high tables and high stools.
- A rounded counter with your logo
- A 2m high totem with your logo.
- Floor: a 4m diameter carpet circle in your colors
- Electricity: 3kw electrical box (2 sockets). Don't hesitate to bring your power strip
Please note : Kakemonos are not allowed!

Si vous souhaitez passer commande de prestation traiteur sur votre stand, veuillez compléter le bon de commande en pièce jointe et le transmettre à l’organisateur (Lucie PLANCHAIS - lplanchais@agefi.fr) au plus tard le vendredi 17 avril 2026.
Passé cette date, aucune commande traiteur ne pourra être prise en compte.
