Votre intervenant

Intervention by your spokesperson on a round table during a plenary conference.
Schedules are available on the website.

The facilitator will contact your speaker directly to prepare their presentation.
The organization team will contact your speaker directly to provide all the logistical information for the day (meeting time, location, etc.).

All speeches in the plenary conference will be fully recorded (sound and image) and then available on the website after the event.

Informations générales

40 workshops take place during the day.

Hours: 9:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.

Rooms: Notre-Dame des Victoires, Gear Room, Small Auditorium, Column Room, Napoleon Room, Salon of Honor, The Square.

The schedule of your workshop will be determined based on the other topics to avoid 2 workshops dealing with the same theme at the same time.

Vos ateliers

You have until February 21 to provide the content of your workshops.

Duration of each workshop: 30 minutes

The schedule of your workshop will be communicated to you in March by the organizer.
Each partner independently defines the subject of their intervention.

Each room is equipped with a screen, a video projector and 2 microphones.

The number of speakers per workshop is limited to 4. You have until April 4 to register your speakers.

NB: You can decorate the workshop room in your colours with one or more kakemonos.

Would you like to know the number and list of people registered for your workshop? Consult the workshop program and click on the detailed view of each session to access the listing.

This list will include the name, first name, company and profile of all people registered for your workshop.

Enregistrement teaser

Meetings are planned for Thursday March 13, Tuesday March 25 and Thursday March 27 to shoot a short teaser of your workshop.
Your slot will be sent to you by email.

Practical information

  • Filming takes place in the L'Agefi studio at 8 rue Bellini, Paris 16
  • The teaser lasts a maximum of 20 seconds.
  • Inserting your elements: workshop title, logo, keywords, etc. Send us all the elements 2 days before recording
  • Only 1 speaker is welcomed per recording
  • Prepare your pitch in advance. It will not be possible to display notes.

Le jour de l'événement

(1) Préparer votre présentation

Your presentation must be in 16:9 format.
If your presentation includes sound, please notify Lucie Planchais by email now , so that we can provide you with the appropriate equipment.

(2) Préparer votre salle

The room is provided turnkey with the exception of your computer/tablet.
  • All rooms have 2 microphones.
  • The connection used is HDMI.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises on the day, please arrive 20 minutes before the start of your workshop to check that the equipment is working. A manager and our logistics team will be at your disposal in the event of a technical problem.

(3) Enregistrement des invités le jour-J

There will be a person in each room who will be responsible for scanning participants at the entrance to your workshop to obtain a complete list of people present.

The list of participants will be sent to you after the event.
