Booths are assigned by the Universwiftnet team. Your location will be communicated to you in April.
Quand aménager votre stand ?
Your stand must be set up by Monday, May 26 at 6:00 p.m.
Quand démonter votre stand ?
You can dismantle your stand on Tuesday, May 27 from 6:30 p.m.
Combien de badges collaborateurs avez-vous à disposition ?
Co-organizing partners: 20
Nickel Partner: 15
Platinum Partner: 15
Gold Partner +: 10
Gold Partner: 10
Silver Partner: 8
Fintech Partner: 3
Comment obtenir des badges collaborateurs supplémentaires ?
Beyond your badge quota, you will no longer be able to register collaborators.
Any additional badge must be requested by email at lplanchais@agefi.fr and you will be billed the following amount:
For co-organizers: €300 excluding tax for the day badge
For partners: €600 excluding VAT for the day badge
Once confirmed by the organizer, you will be able to register one or more new people on this page according to your request.
The deadline to purchase additional badges is May 16, 2025.
Please note that additional badges must be paid for before the day of the event.

A quel moment recevrez-vous le fichier des inscrits (si cela est inclus dans votre partenariat) ?
You will receive the registrants file the week following the event with the contact details of the registrants/participants.
A quelle heure se déroulent votre interview, atelier partenaire ?
For partner workshops and interviews, the distribution will take place at the end of March.
